Cowboy Baked Beans
2-31oz pork & beans 1/2 C. ketchup 1 C. brown sugar 1 small onion 1 T margarine
1lb.lean ground beef
Brown ground beef. Sauté chopped onion in margarine until tender. Add meat and onions to remaining ingredients and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Margarita Slush
12oz can frozen lemonade 12oz can frozen limeade 2 C. tequila 1 3/4 C. triple sec 9 C. water margarita salt 1 lime
Thaw lemonade and limeade. In a large container, mix all ingredients together. Stir well. Put lid on and freeze for at least 24 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve with salt and lime if preferred.
Party Dip
Mix 16oz. cream cheese with 1 cup mayonnaise and spread onto a tray. Sprinkle with garlic powder. Spoon a 8 ounce bottle of taco sauce over the mixture. Chop 2-3 tomatoes (seeds removed), 1 bunch of green onions, and 1 large green pepper. Layer 1/2 of the chopped vegetables over the cream cheese mixture. Next mix 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese with 1 cup grated cheddar cheese and sprinkle. Place the remaining vegetables over the top of the cheese. Serve with chips and enjoy with a Margarita!!!!!
